Kitchens come with a range of quality built-in appliances including a double fan oven and induction hob; all work surfaces are granite. A large lounge dining area makes entertaining effortless. The main bedroom, with built-in wardrobe, enjoys an en-suite level access shower. A utility cupboard houses a washing machine and tumble drier.
High-quality carpets are laid to the main living areas, with ceramic tiling to kitchens and bathrooms. An audio-visual door-entry provides security alongside a 24-hour emergency call system which links to the on-site care team.
All Retirement Apartment owners enjoy access to the on-site facilities and services. Village facilities may include restaurant, spa, gym, pool, lounges and activity studio in the Village Centre building.
We also offer a wide range of services to help you make the most of your retirement. These include our Events and Activities team, transport service, Village manager and administration team, reception and concierge, estate maintenance and emergency response service.
