To make your life more comfortable we take care of all meals as well as attending to your housekeeping and laundry. Heating, electricity and water charges are all included.
Our hospitality team will deliver your post and newspapers and will ensure that your kitchenette is stocked so that you can make drinks and snacks as you so wish. We even take your rubbish out!

High-quality carpets are laid to the main living areas, with ceramic tiling to kitchenette and bathroom. All suites include a handy storage cupboard. For peace of mind all suites include a 24-hour emergency call system that links to the on-site team.
All Retirement Suite owners enjoy access to the on-site facilities and services. Village facilities may include restaurant, spa, gym, pool, lounges and activity studio in the Village Centre building. Services include the Events and Activities team, transport service, Village manager and administration, reception and concierge, estate maintenance and emergency response service.
In addition, if required, extra ‘paid-for’ services are available from the Cinnamon Retirement Living Team. These include housekeeping, laundry and ironing, and bespoke packages for domiciliary support and personal care.

As leaseholders, all Village residents enjoy a fully managed environment. The Village buildings, communal areas, grounds, gardens and facilities are maintained to the very highest standards. The cost of managing and maintaining these is recovered through a monthly service charge.
